Description: this hook was developed in parallel with the 212Y, with the aim of catching those yamame trout and char that are getting more used to flies year by year. TMC has crystallized the demands of the modern fishing era into a plain shaped hook; it is light and thin although quite strong, balanced in each part so that it is easy to float the fly on the water surface even with a small amount of material added. The sharp point along with the curvature are able to convert a simple nibble into a hookup. In addition to various styles of dry flies, it is also recommended for nymphs, emergers, soft hackles, etc.
