Description: the curve of this hook replicates one of the characteristic postures of aquatic insects that are just about to emerge, and also imitates the shape of shrimp and caddis larvae. The thin and light 2487 and the sturdy yet delicate 2457 and the thin and light 2487Â both stand out in the naturalness of the fly. Both are also suitable for large dry flies with extended bodies. TMC has eliminated the offset version of the 2487/2457 to make them easier to tie. By readjusting the overall shape of the eye angle, the hooking/holding performance has actually improved.
