As an angler who is serious about fishing, once you feel that the benefits are enough to overcome the slight difference in specific weight, you can’t go back, and that is my honest opinion. In fact, when a fly is drifted long enough for the fluorocarbon to sink, even with nylon, it rarely results in a hook-up, and that is the angler’s problem, not the tippet’s. This product is the perfect option to catch fish with a dry fly without any compromises. I think that this tippet will make beginners and veterans alike regret not picking it sooner.
